Light & Crispy Chicken Wings
This recipe uses cornstarch instead of flour which makes it airy together with crispier than floured fried chicken. the outer coat is non heavy equally floured ones. Double fried to remain crisp longer.
- chicken wings
- tabular array salt
seasoning measurement is upward to your alternative together with the sum of chicken.
I’ve used 1tsp each.
- Marinade chicken amongst all the seasonings for two hours
- roll inwards cornstarch
- rest for five mins
- fry inwards hot crude for four mins
- take out of the crude together with balance for five mins
- then tyke 1 time to a greater extent than until brown
- serve hot
